This is by far the most complicated cake I have made. I had so much fun designing the layout and figuring out what to use on the cake. The characters are from the Disney Store. The cottage is the house pan from Wilton. I purchased the trees, bridge, rocks and fence from the local cake decorating store. In the mine I used colored rock candy for jewels and chocolate rocks. The mine cart is made from frosted graham crackers and mini Nilla wafers. I have to admit cutting into this cake was a little difficult after all the work i had put into it!
