A moms journey of baking and passion for cake decorating...
I may have a lot to learn on this journey, but I sure am enjoying the ride (and dessert) along the way!
God created taste buds for a reason...
He knew there would be cake to eat!

Roses Chocolate Cake
I made this rose cake for a friends birthday. I topped my classic chocolate cake with 29+ roses in variations of white, purple, and blue. I hand piped a bead design on the side and on the bottom a bead border. It was rich and delicious (lots of frosting)!

I haven't had any of these cakes before, but I know how wonderfully talented you are. We always looked forward to coming over to hang out for dinner because there was always a garantee there would be dessert too!! Brownies, Chocolate, Cakes, Cookies... you name it! I would love a cake for my birthday. The Chocolate Rose Cake looks divine. Can you send it to San Diego and still preserve the look and taste?!?!?!?! I want to be anonymous, but we both had babies fairly close together when you were living in the most beautiful city in America ;) AND, your like a soul sista! We miss you and are so proud that you are finding something you love to do that tastes sooo good. God Bless!
Ever since I began to decorate my very first cake I fell in love with creating edible art. Not only do I strive to create something that is beautiful it must taste amazing too! I work with home made ingredients to create a scrumptious cake for your special occasion! I work out of my home kitchen which is often full of ingredients and baking supplies, but always smells yummy with something baking in the oven. And yes...I LOVE to eat it too!
I decided to name my home bakery Faith Cakes because it reflects what is most important to me. My relationship to God is the reason I am here and he has blessed me abundantly! I can not imagine my life without Him. I love to make cakes for special church celebrations like Baptism and 1st Communion. I want to create unique and beautiful designs that reflect my love for God.
