I first realized I had a passion for decorating cakes when my daughter wanted a Little Mermaid cake for her 3rd Birthday. I made a white castle with the characters on top and in front near the ocean. I bought the castle items at a local cake decorating store and the characters at the Disney Store. After she blew out the candles and we cut the cake the characters were fun to play with.
